Darwin is partnered with a well-established and rapidly expanding DefenseTech organisation building state-of-the-art sensor systems used across the defence and energy sectors – delivering ultra-high-precision measurement capabilities in some of the harshest environments on the planet.
They are now looking for a driven Sensor Team Manager to guide, strengthen, and scale their multidisciplinary sensor engineering group, taking next-generation sensing technologies from early concept through to reliable, manufacturable products.

Experience of Interest
- Proven experience progressing technologies into robust, production-ready products (validation & industrialisation)
- Solid project management skills across planning, execution, and delivery
- 3-5+ years leading multidisciplinary R&D or engineering teams
- Background in sensor development or underwater technologies is advantageous
Excellent salary: €70K-€120K+ plus benefits.
