However, our priority is not solely to secure the best position for our candidates, but to ensure that you make the best decisions for your long-term career growth and satisfaction.

1. Surface Solutions, Hidden Pitfalls:

Employers typically a counter-offer out of a desire to keep talent rather than to address any deep issues that might have led to the move.
