BMS Commissioning Engineer (Contract)

We’re looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to commission Building Management Systems on commercial projects across Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- BMS commissioning, point-to-point checks, and functional testing
- Fault finding and system optimisation
- Work from control drawings and sequences
- Support witnessing, snagging, and handover
Experience Required
- Strong BMS commissioning background
- Experience with Niagara / Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Trend
- Solid HVAC controls knowledge
- Able to work independently on site
