Service Manager – Commercial Boilers & HVAC
Richmond, VA & Northern VA
Our client is a family run leader in the mechanical contracting industry for the last 40 years and we are looking for a Service Manager to lead a team of 23 commercial service technicians across Richmond and Northern Virginia.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on commercial boiler systems (steam & hydronic), customer relationships, and team development.
Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting a large service team

Overseeing daily service operations

Customer-facing work including service sales and estimating
-
Providing technical guidance on boilers, burners, and controls

Maintaining a strong safety culture

50/50 split between office and field
Ideal background:

Mechanical contractor experience

Strong commercial boiler knowledge
-
Proven leadership of service teams
-
Comfortable with customers, sales, and project superintendents

Team-oriented, outgoing leadership style
Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000-$130,000+ salary
