SAP MM Consultant

We are working with a leading global manufacturing company that is entering the Go-Live phase of a major S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. To support this critical stage, we are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join the team on a freelance basis.

You will be part of a dynamic, international team of 30+ SAP SCM experts based across Europe, contributing your knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure a smooth transition into the new S/4HANA environment.

Essential Skills:

• Solid experience with SAP MM in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and material master data management
• Skilled in SAP MM configuration, integration, and process optimization
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multilingual teams
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support during the Go-Live and hyper care phases of the S/4HANA rollout
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure correct MM configuration and system integration
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP MM-related issues to maintain stability and performance
• Participate in data migration, validation, and cutover activities for materials management
• Support end-users with training, documentation, and knowledge transfer

Project Details:

Location: Germany, but our customer allows consultants to work remotely with occasional travel

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Language Requirements: Fluent in English and German (spoken & written)
