Senior Construction Manager – Special Renovation Projects

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee project tendering processes, including bid preparation and cost calculations

• Manage end-to-end project execution-from planning and organization to implementation, monitoring, and final invoicing

• Lead and support operational staff at the regional or project level

• Contribute to business development, including customer acquisition and relationship management

• Drive ongoing improvements in workflows, resource use, and equipment deployment

Your Profile

• Proven experience in both operational and strategic construction management, including resource and team coordination

• Solid expertise in structural repairs (concrete and masonry)

• Sound knowledge of cost estimation and contract administration

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

• Analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on solutions
