Your Responsibilities as Group HRIS Expert:

• Administer, configure, and optimize the client’s SAP SuccessFactors system, focusing on Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Central, and Compensation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the HRIS system effectively supports organizational needs and strategic HR initiatives.
• Lead HRIS projects and drive the implementation of new HR systems.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on HRIS processes, best practices, and system functionalities.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of professional experience as an HRIS expert.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (specifically Employee Central, Compensation, Time Tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence Management).
• A strong understanding of core HR processes and systems.
• Experience with Power BI and HR system integrations is a plus.
• Prior experience in vendor selection is desirable.
• Demonstrated project management and relationship management skills.
• Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a multinational setting.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
• Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is a must.
