Field Service Engineer
Location: Germany (with frequent travel)

We’re seeking a Field Application Engineer to support the installation, quality assurance, and technical support. You’ll work closely with R&D, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth installations and high customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

• Deliver technical support and training to customers and installers

• Ensure system performance through testing and quality checks

• Provide feedback for product improvements

• Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Control & Automation Engineering

• 5+ years in electrical troubleshooting, controls, or product support

• Experience with PLC installation, Modbus, BACnet, and electrical testing tools

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Fluent in German & English; frequent travel required
