Join a Landmark SAP HR Transformation Project – Senior SAP HR Consultants Needed

Belgium | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) | €€€€/day | 12-Month Contract (extendable)

A leading railways infrastructure organisation is embarking on a multi-year SAP HR transformation programme, and we’re looking for four experienced Senior SAP HR Consultants to join this high-impact project.

This is a greenfield opportunity to shape one of the most critical HR and SuccessFactors implementations in the public sector-supporting a national organisation that connects millions daily.

Your Role

As a Senior SAP HR Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation, working on a powerful hybrid SAP HR and SuccessFactors landscape. You’ll act as a key advisor, onsite presence, and solution expert across multiple functional areas.

You’re not just any consultant-you’re a seasoned SAP HR professional with deep experience in both core SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. You’ve been through complex implementations, know how to lead discussions on-site, and thrive in high-stakes public sector environments.

· CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheets)

· SAP SuccessFactors:

· Employee Central

· LMS (Learning Management)

· Recruiting

· BIB and CPI-based Integrations

· Online Training & Recruiting Modules

Ideal Consultant Profile

· 8+ years in SAP HR with both on-premise and cloud (SuccessFactors) experience

· Proven experience with large public sector SAP HR projects

· Comfortable acting as the lead consultant / spokesperson on-site

· Touchline implementation experience is a strong plus

· Fluent English speaker with strong stakeholder-facing skills

· Passionate about driving change and improving systems that serve the public
