Roles & Responsibilities:
* Design & Program: Develop automation control system hardware and software using Siemens PCS7, Rockwell DCS, HMI, and SCADA, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
* Technical Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including functional safety studies, FEED studies, high-level and detailed designs, test plans, and operation manuals.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and build strong working relationships.
* Safety & Efficiency: Ensure safe and efficient process operations in line with specifications, overseeing installation and commissioning activities.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians.
* Travel & Flexibility: Be available for international travel and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation across sectors such as FMCG, food & beverage, home & personal care.
* Technical Expertise:
o Strong programming skills in Siemens PCS7 and Rockwell control systems.
o Experience with batch-driven control systems.
o Ability to design and modify SCADA & HMI systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk SE, Aveva).
o Knowledge of safety relays, safety PLCs, and safety systems.
o Familiarity with communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus).
o Experience in LAN & WAN network design and troubleshooting.
o Software specification and design in line with IEC 61508 / IEC 61511.
o Ability to develop technical documentation (FDS, FAT/SAT, O&Ms).
o Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle-design, coding, testing, installation, and commissioning.
