Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients to learn about their business procedures and determine what Salesforce CPQ requirements they have
• Examine customer needs and business obstacles to provide customized Salesforce CPQ solutions.
• Provide knowledge of the features, functionality, and any drawbacks of Salesforce CPQ. Create and deliver Salesforce CPQ solutions to stakeholders, emphasizing their advantages and strategic alignment.
• Work together with Salesforce developers and other IT specialists to guarantee that the selected CPQ solutions are implemented accurately.
• Manage the Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization procedure to satisfy customer requirements. Organize client seminars and training sessions to promote the successful deployment of Salesforce CPQ.
• Assist clients with continuing support and guidance, including troubleshooting and Salesforce CPQ application optimization.
• Keep up with the most recent developments and trends in Salesforce CPQ to make wise suggestions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or software consulting. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ development and documentation. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ deployment and project lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction. Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
