This client is currently scaling up its automation division to meet the growing demand for sustainable energy and digital transformation in Dutch industry. With several large, multidisciplinary projects set to start in Q4, the biggest challenge will be aligning internal engineering teams and external stakeholders in highly dynamic environments.

I’m looking for someone who:

* Has a completed HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Energy Technology

* Has 5+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation

* Has experience with automation systems such as Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, SCADA, or DCS (pré)

* Is fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

* Is analytically strong, decisive, and an effective communicator

* Can manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments

Who is interested in:

* Leading automation projects from start to finish

* Translating customer requirements into technical solutions

* Managing budgets, planning, and quality assurance

* Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and customers

* Contributing to sustainable and innovative industrial systems
