We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter to join a growing fire protection team focused on quality, safety, and customer service. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong field experience installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic sprinkler systems who takes pride in delivering code-compliant, reliable life safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, test, and repair automatic sprinkler systems and related components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for system layout and installation

  • Measure, cut, thread, and install piping using appropriate fittings and connectors

  • Install valves, alarms, and other sprinkler system components

  • Perform system testing to ensure proper operation and identify leaks

  • Conduct routine maintenance and replace worn or damaged components

  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions

  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal codes, OSHA requirements, and industry standards

  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, maintenance, and reports

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

  • Use threading machines, battery-operated tools, and hand tools safely and effectively

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of independent field experience

  • Experience with fire protection systems and components

  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs; punctual and reliable

  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to complete accurate paperwork and electronic records

  • Willingness to obtain industry certifications and NFPA-related licensing

  • Prefer intermediate understanding of sprinkler system layout.
