We’re looking for an experienced Sprinkler Fitter to join a growing fire protection team focused on quality, safety, and customer service. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong field experience installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic sprinkler systems who takes pride in delivering code-compliant, reliable life safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, test, and repair automatic sprinkler systems and related components

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications for system layout and installation

Measure, cut, thread, and install piping using appropriate fittings and connectors

Install valves, alarms, and other sprinkler system components
-
Perform system testing to ensure proper operation and identify leaks
-
Conduct routine maintenance and replace worn or damaged components
-
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective solutions
-
Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding project updates and issues
-
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal codes, OSHA requirements, and industry standards

Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, maintenance, and reports
-
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
-
Use threading machines, battery-operated tools, and hand tools safely and effectively
-
Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
-
Minimum of 3 years of independent field experience
-
Experience with fire protection systems and components
-
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail

Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift 70+ lbs; punctual and reliable

Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly organized, self-motivated, and a team player

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to complete accurate paperwork and electronic records

Willingness to obtain industry certifications and NFPA-related licensing

Prefer intermediate understanding of sprinkler system layout.
