We’re growing our high-performing US teams in Billericay and looking for experienced 360 recruiters who want more than just another desk. The US markets are booming and at Darwin, it’s already delivering serious results.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (Ideally STEM markets)

• Ambition, drive, and a genuine appetite to succeed

• Someone coachable, curious, and keen to keep improving

• Able to commute to our Billericay office daily and commit to US working hours
